The 2027–2031 Strategic Plan Framework adopted
Three feedback rounds, every reviewer answered in the log, electronic vote carried 10 of 11 seats. The plan now drives this console's scoreboard.
Website launch stack completed
Sèvitè PILH answering in four languages, contact and newsletter delivering, analytics collecting, annual reports self-hosted. DNS cutover is the only step left.
Partner school pipeline full
Four schools active with scorecards, four more in the gates, none stalled. First disbursements tracked end to end with the new vendor ledger.
